Biography

King'z Jewel was born in Southern Jersey in 1980. She grew up mostly in church, beginning her passion for singing at an early age. By age eleven, she was singing solos at church as well as soprano in the gospel choir. From there, she moved on to singing at various events as well as developing a secular rap persona. All that changed as life progressed and she became more involved in the world. Soon, her life would resemble a trainwreck, but praise be to God that in 2001 all that changed. She rededicated her life to Christ and turned over her secular rap for a more heavenly flavor. She also met and married her husband, King Bull, that same year. Now they minister as a couple while raising their child in the knowledge of the Lord.

Praise the Lord and welcome to my website. I pray that what you find uplifts you, changes you, and brings you closer to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My first goal in all that I do is to lift the name of Jesus high. God always gives us a specific purpose to go along with our general call. My purpose is to do His will for my life, which includes Into the Light Ministry, which is geared toward people who struggle with sexual temptation and addiction. Whatever gifts that God has given I strive to use for His glory. I thank God that He has blessed me with a beautiful family, supportive friends, and especially a talent for music. Music has been part of my life further back than I can remember. My father was one of the greatest blues men around. He has since retired, but I have continued on in our tradition of music to fulfill the call on my life for the Kingdom of God.
